Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 3341) on the following at              
this time:

Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 3(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 3(FIN), and                   
recommended that the members vote yes.
